Robert W. Lowry, Sr. (1939 - 1994)
Bob Lowry founded Lowry Claim Services in 1989 after serving the claim industry since 1963. He built a reputation on "STATE OF THE ART" service with experienced staff . He referred to this as "Gathering Eagles". Bob said quality services do not happen by accident: they happen because of a very deliberate approach to management and a commitment by everyone to deliver an outstanding product in a timely manner and guaranteed bill satisfaction to the client.
Bob instilled many of his philosophies to ensure that this ship would sail for generations. He was truly dedicated to service. He valued the support and confidence of his friends that made him proud of Lowry Claims Service's standing in the insurance industry.
Lowry Claim Services continues to provide quality service, prompt claim handling, and bill satisfaction under the leadership of Jon Moore, V.P. Claims. Mr. Moore is our Mediation/Litigation Specialist and formally V.P. of Highland Insurance.
