What type of business's does ITSI service? We Serve Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators or TPAs, Agents, Brokers, Self Insured companies as well as corporations with all their insurance personnel needs
What types of candidates do we have? We provide most Insurance related job titles with a majority in Claims, Underwriting and Agency work Insurance Temporary Services is committed to providing superior quality personnel staffing. Our experienced staff understands your needs for placing the most qualified candidates with prompt placements.
What are your rates? We are competitive and offer reasonable rates for candidate placement.
What is temp to hire? One of our most popular services is the temp to hire program for clients to try out the Insurance Professional for 90 Days or more before making them a permanent employee. This works well for both the client and the employee, as they will know within 90 days if the job is a fit. Clients especially like this program as it helps to minimize their employee turnover rate.
What kind of employment screening is there? ITSI provides reference checking with his/her former managers or supervisors and criminal background. Credit checks and drug testing are available if requested by the client.
It is Insurance Temporary Services' goal to offer our clients the best qualified candidate for the positions needed. Upon request, we have the ability to perform prescreening testing to ensure these goals.
Would clients have an opportunity to interview candidates? Each candidate will undergo a professional interview to ensure our clients a selection of experienced candidates for the positions available. Clients will also have the opportunity to interview candidates of their choice.
Is Continued Education available? ITSI furnishes employees updated listings of free CE seminars available in the DFW area.
Does ITSI take care of insurance and payroll taxes?
We are responsible for all payroll taxes, as well as, Workers Compensation, Liability and Errors and Omission Insurance Coverage.
How long has ITSI been in business? 20 years, Insurance Temporary Services is one of Texas' first Insurance Staffing Services.

What Benefits does ITSI offer to employees?
Employees receive weekly pay with the option of direct deposit. Employees are eligible for paid days off after each 30 days worked which include vacation, personal sick days. Each employee qualifies for the following holiday pay after 1200 hours worked during the 12 month period preceding the holiday: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You must work both working days before and after the holiday, regardless of whether you use a paid day or not (minus any days in which the client is closed).
Other benefits offered to employees are referral awards and monthly Continued Education Information.
ITSI employees are covered under Workers' Compensation General Liability as well as Errors & Omissions Insurance. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Do we charge a fee to find you employment? No, there are no fees charged to the employee or candidate. However, we do charge our clients a minimal conversion fee on direct hire and temp to hire positions.
How long do assignments last? Or what length are our assignments? Assignments can last from one day to several weeks or months.
