Insurance Temporary Services Inc. History
Bob Lowry, owner of Lowry Claims Services, Inc., started I.T.S.I. when he began to receive employee placement calls from his clients. They expressed a need for temporary staffing for employees on sick leave or for additions due to special projects. Bob started placing temporary adjusters in the claims department and later expanded into other units that had temporary staffing needs.
The business grew quickly from a few temporaries to a full-time business. After Bob Lowry’s untimely death in 1994, his wife and partner, Susie Lowry, took over the company’s operation. She has been very successful growing the business through her commitment to provide quality people, prompt placement, and the best service in the temporary insurance staffing business.
ITSI truly appreciates and honors our many clients and temporary employees who, through the years, have supported our firm with their friendship, trust, and loyalty.
Community Involvement
Through the years, ITSI has been and is still involved in charity programs in the DFW area. It has helped with Children’s Medical Hospital, Bill Priest Institute, North Texas Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, Cannaday Elementary literacy program , Boy Scouts of America, Brentwood Nursing Home, and various other charities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Services Offered
ITSI provides adjusters, clerical, CSR’s, underwriters, underwriter assistants, raters, management personnel, producers, and all other type of insurance jobs to the client through our temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire program. We maintain E&O, worker’s compensation and general liability to help protect our clients. Our Temporary Professionals receive; paid days off, weekly payroll, direct deposit paid holidays, referral bonuses and other benefits.
